Privacy, in plain words

What you send us

When you send the form, we receive what you tell us: what happened, where and when, who's involved, your answers to the other questions, your name and how to reach you. We also receive the page where you arrived on this site, the name of any website that sent you here, any label on the link you followed from one of our ads or emails, and a scrambled version of your internet address, which we use only to stop abuse. A lawyer at The Clemenza Law Group, PLLC reads it, along with people at the firm who work under that lawyer's supervision.

We use it to understand the problem, to check that we are not already working for someone on the other side, and to contact you the way you asked.

If you book a call, we receive your name, your phone number, the time you chose, your email address if you give one, and anything you add about what it's about or who it's against. We use them to call you at that time, to email you the time if you gave an address, and to check we don't already work for the other side. If you email or text us, we use what you send in the same way.

A few companies run parts of this for us: they host the site, store what you send, deliver our emails, and run the spam check. We share your details with another law firm only if you say yes first.

What stays in your own browser

While you fill in the form, your answers are kept in this browser tab so you do not lose them if the page reloads. They are cleared when you send the form, and your browser discards them when you close the tab.

The printable organizers keep what you type in this browser only, and it stays there until you press "Clear what I typed". Nothing you type in an organizer is sent to us.

We don't track you

This site doesn't set cookies or use advertising or tracking tools, and no other company can use it to follow what you do across other websites.

Spam protection

The form and the call booking use a check from Cloudflare, called Turnstile, to tell people from automated programs. Cloudflare receives technical information about your browser, and your internet address, for that purpose.

What we never do

• Sell what you tell us.
• Put the details of your story into advertising or website measurement.
• Share your details with another firm without asking you first.
• Use what you tell us to train AI models.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep inquiry records as long as we need them to respond, to check for conflicts in the future, and to meet the firm's legal and professional obligations.

You can ask us what we hold about you, for a copy of it, to correct it, or to delete it. Email us at concierge@clemenzalaw.com, or text or call us, using the details at the bottom of this page. We may ask a question or two to make sure it's really you. Some records a law firm must keep even after a request to delete them, and if that applies we'll tell you what and why. If we say no to a request, you can ask us to look again by replying to our answer. We'll answer in writing, and if we still say no, we'll tell you how to contact your state's attorney general.

When this page changes

This page took effect on September 26, 2026. If we change it in a way that matters, we'll post the new version here with its new date.
